With over 25 years experience as a real estate broker and also as a real estate appraiser, I am uniquely qualified to help you with your real estate needs. Due to the many years I have been in the business, I am very familiar with virtually ALL areas of Orange County. Some of the areas I specialize in Active Senior Communities (including Laguna Woods, Casta Del Sol and Palmia in Mission Viejo and others throiughout the Orange County Area), Distressed Properties and in general just helping my buyers getting great deals on properties.

Searching for a home that fits your needs can be a very emotional and trying experience for most buyers. It doesn't have to be. That's why, when working with you, my goal is to find you the home that's right for you and save you time, frustration and money!

• If you live in the Orange County area, I can bring my computer and MLS to you! In the comfort of your own home or office, we can review detailed MLS information including photos, maps, satellite images and floorplans of properties on the market. We'll also be able to review property tax records to gather information that will give you the best possible negotiating advantage! This will substantially cut down the number of properties you will want to or need to look at, and will save you a lot of time! (plus it's a lot easier on your body)
  
  
• If you live outside of the Orange County area, I can set up an online computer conference with you which will seem like we're in the same room together!
  
  
• All paperwork (including offers) can be completed over the internet and digitally signed by you if you'd like. This saves you (and me) countless hours of time and is much less frustrating for you as well! Instead of taking days, paperwork can be signed and completed by you and returned via email in minutes!
  
  
• I spend much of my day looking at properties on the market so that you don't have to. When I find a property that fits your parameters, I can immediately text or email the listing information and photos to you! 
  
  
• When you decide to make an offer on a property, I'll gather tax record and MLS data about the property you want to buy and also sales and listings in the area which will give you additional insight into the value of the property and a negotiating advantange which should allow you to obtain a better price.

One thing you should know about me as well is that I'm not a bubbly real estate agent. I'm not the cheerleader type who is going to tell you that now is always a great time to buy. And I'm also not an "in your face" type agent who tries to manipulate you into making a decision that you don't want to make. What I will do though, is provide you with in depth market, price and property information which will give you an advantage in the negotiating process, and most importantly, I'll help you interpret that data so that you can make informed decisions in your best financial and personal interests.
